A complete history of the first one hundred years of Banbury Rugby Club. This is a massive undertaking, the book will not just focus on the history of the club but how the club has evolved to what and where it is now in its Centenary season, as well as looking beyond.

The book is planned to be approximately 150 pages, 30cm sq hardback but the more information, fixtures, results and anecdotes we collect it could easily go up to 200 pages! The book launch is planned for the end of the Centenary Season so we can get lots of images and a review of what will be an amazing season. We will be taking pre orders very soon as the print run will be limited to 1000 copies and it will sell out very quickly.

The book will be about your Club, we need as much information and physical artefacts as possible, either donated or borrowed. We are particularly interested in items pre 1990, match programmes, match reports, fixture cards and results, we are hoping (although it may be a separate book!) to compile a list of all the fixtures and results for all the clubs teams from 1st team to Juniors, so dig out all those long forgotten items, contact friends and family you know may have been associated with the club and lets see just how much history we can compile.
