We are excited to share a great opportunity for our Club to get involved in supporting the upcoming Women’s Rugby World Cup – and raise funds for the Club in the process!

Hanger Storage & Logistics, part of the JWB Group, is working in partnership with EFM Global to manage logistics and uniform distribution for all tournament volunteers. They’ve invited our Club to take part in a volunteer weekend to help ‘pick and pack’ uniform kits for the amazing people who will be supporting the tournament behind the scenes.

We are looking for the support of 15-20 Club members to support a ‘pick and pack’ operation at Hanger Storage & Logistics warehouse in Upper Heyford. We are happy for members to join us for a full day from 09:00 – 16:00 or a morning or afternoon slot (09:00-12:30 or 12:30-16:00).

Volunteer Details:
Location: Hanger Storage & Logistics, Heyford Park, Upper Heyford, Bicester, OX25 5HA
Dates: Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th July
Times: 9:00am - 4:00pm

Open to all members over the age of 18 – players, parents, friends and family welcome!
In return, World Rugby will make a donation to our club as a thank-you for our support. Hanger Storage & Logistics will not be benefiting financially from this part of the contract.
