Jim was very well known, well liked, and a staunch supporter of Banbury Rugby Club for very many years, serving the Club as a player, Club Captain (1962/63, 1963/64), President (1988/89), and a Life Vice President.

Our thoughts are with Jamie, Amanda, Julian and all the family at this very sad time.

His funeral service will be held at Banbury Crematorium, Southam Road, Banbury at 1.00pm on Wednesday 13th December. There will be a private (family) burial afterwards in Bodicote.

Everyone is welcome at Banbury Cricket Club from 2.30pm to celebrate Jim’s life.
