On 3 April, the combined team of Banbury and Bicester 'Bisbury' U15 players took on Wallingford in the first ever U15s girls county plate final.

Having recently played Wallingford the players knew what to expect, so the warm up 'vibes' of loud music in the changing room and pre-match was deigned to create the power and unity in the team.

There was a huge effort across all players and you could see how this group have developed as a team over the season, many of whom had not played any rugby at all in the past.

Despite missing some player due to injury, both before and during the match, the team pulled together well and managed two tries. A super experience and great to see the competition to it's end with runners up medals all round!
