If you just can’t wait until the New Year to get your rugby fix, Banbury RUFC’s much-loved Boxing Day Over 30s vs Under 30s fixture is back for 2025, and it promises another festive showdown packed with competitive spirit, familiar faces and plenty of laughs.

Now a firm tradition in the club calendar, the annual Boxing Day clash sees experience take on youth in what is always an entertaining and hard-fought encounter. Whether it’s the Over 30s rolling back the years or the Under 30s looking to prove that youth and energy still reign supreme, this fixture never fails to deliver.
