Banbury RUFC are delighted to announce that Birchwood Catering will take over the club kitchen and become our exclusive catering partner from 1st September 2026, beginning an exciting new chapter for the club’s matchday and events hospitality.

Led by Garry Kingsnorth, Birchwood will provide catering across Banbury RUFC’s matchdays, pre-match lunches, private functions and wider hospitality programme.

Garry has worked across the catering and hospitality sector for more than ten years and brings considerable experience, enthusiasm and a passion for producing quality food and memorable experiences.

Speaking about the new partnership, Garry said:

“We are delighted to be the exclusive catering partner of Banbury RUFC. Our aim is to create something truly special for the club, its members, supporters and the wider community."

Alongside matchday and pre-match hospitality, Birchwood will support a broad range of events at Banbury RUFC, including weddings, celebrations, corporate functions, private events and funeral gatherings.

The partnership will also support the club’s ambition to make its facilities a welcoming destination for members, supporters, businesses and the wider Banbury community throughout the week.
