The RFU has now released details of the results of its Grand Draw 2011/12, and Monty adds his thanks to all Banbury members who supported it again.

Attached to this article are the results of the Grand Draw 2011/12 and the lucky winners of both the Main Draw prizes, the Special Draws for those Schools and Clubs returning by the due date, and the Clubs which raised the most money.

Winners came from the length and breadth of England, underlining how popular the Draw is in every region.

Another terrific result saw the total raised reach £453,000, almost exactly the same as 2010/11. This takes the total amount since the Draw began past £3 million, all of it used for the benefit of Grassroots rugby!

Just short of 700 clubs and schools participated including CBs and Referees Societies, Student Clubs, ERFSU and RFUW members. So the Draw reaches every part of the Community game.

The RFU's sincere thanks goes to all of the Draw Organisers who put in so much effort for the good of the game and its development. They also thank all of the Prize Donors, made up of RFU sponsors, partners and service providers without whom they could not offer this fantastic Prize List and the opportunity it gives us all to raise funds.
