Another great summer skills session started in the beautiful sunshine at Bodicote park with stretches and warm ups! This was followed by learning about the pitch markings and some basic laws in rugby. With fantastic input from Tim (Under 9's coach), Keith Under (13's coach and Chairman) and Owen Perkins (Banbury Belles Coach) the girls really worked on their passing and positioning. This was followed by a very energetic game of Bulldog in the scorching sunshine! We finished with some games working with the tackle bags and rugby balls. Again a great time was had by all and fantastic to see some new faces this evening! Thank you so much to Tim, Keith and Perky for all of your support and encouragement!
